What can we say about Paul LeBlanc? The opportunity to work with the Academy Award winning hair stylist was certainly our pleasure, and has been a lot of fun. We saw his brochure project to really bring some beautiful “Hollywood” style to Greater Moncton, and really show off the fantastic studio. Studio Paul LeBlanc is a beautiful hair salon, headlined by Paul LeBlanc, who received an Academy Award for his work on the movie Amadeus. The Studio has been in operation for over a year(at the time of writing), and is growing steadily. He built a great storefront and in-person image, however, his print materials —as he put it— looked like Chinese food menus. We took the opportunity to set him on the right path in print media at first. The price list needed to serve two purposes: to inform and to sell. This sounds easy, but with a full salon and spa there was a lot to fit in! We decided on a medium that would be unique in the industry and also still functional. The price list is a 5x7 booklet, which is small enough to fit in a purse or pocket and still big enough to hold all of the information. By having the brochure printed in both French and English seperately, Paul is able to save money on the print, and also learn who his demographic is.
